First time taking our 2014 mini cooper to this local mini cooper repair shop. Ben was great. He was able to diagnose problem with our mini cooper right away. I took it to the shop end of day Monday and the car was ready Tuesday morning.

This review is overdue. Ben is such an honest and trustworthy mechanic! And a honest mechanic is hard to find. He tells you how much is expected and pricing is much lower than most places I've checked. Took my mini in. It wasn't speeding up, and the (ENT?) light went on. Within an hour checked it, gave me the estimate parts/ labor, and was fixed within that hour. On another occasion, I called him about an estimate on my car honk not working and seat stopped going down. Instead of telling me to bring it in and charge me a diagnostic fee and to fix, he gave me a solution over the phone. Said to change fuse and to check seat for any change that may have gotten stuck. Also his playlist is 🔥. Got a new artist because of him. Which I'm always happy to find good music!!! I am 72 years old and I have never had a mechanic that I can trust as much as him Ben Parker is the best you need to check them out if you have a Mini Cooper or a BMW. Ben is honest and really knows his stuff. I live in Palm Springs and there is only one Mini mechanic in the area and they’re ridiculously expensive and want to do things you don’t need. I came across Mini Experts in Irwindale. It was quite a drive but well worth it. Ben did the repairs on my Mini in 3 hours and now my Countryman drives great. It’s been several months since the work was completed and all is still great. Ben is now my go to mechanic.
